Free Standard Shipping — Always

We offer free standard shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum purchase required, no codes needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 6–9 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping ($7.99): 4–7 business days after dispatch

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International delivery times may vary slightly by destination.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at any time through our carrier's website or directly on our order tracking page.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@mielegifts.com.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each address.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest update
  2. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
  3. Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number
  4. Reach out to us at help@mielegifts.com if the issue is unresolved

We will do everything we can to locate your package or arrange a resolution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at help@mielegifts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
